SHIPPING CHARGES

The cost of shipping is not included in the garment prices for your order. The shipping fees will be determined solely by the delivery address and postal code you provided.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order has been delivered in a damaged condition, kindly get in touch with us promptly and share pictures so that we can process your claim. If we do not receive any complaint about the damage during shipping, we will assume that it was caused by the customer, and they will have to bear the cost of compensation. To ensure that you receive a replacement, please preserve the packaging materials and the damaged product as it is.
