REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES
At House of Pallikkara, we put a lot of passion, love, and dedication into creating every piece.
As a brand policy, we do not provide monetary refunds in cases of returns. The refund amount will be given to you as store credit with a validity of 1 year and can be used on any product listed for sale. It can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
REFUNDS
- To initiate a return, you must send an email to houseofpallikkara@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, including the name and relevant images of the item mentioning the reason for return.
- After we approve your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us with the original packaging within 5 days. The cost of shipping will have to be borne by you. The product(s) must be unused and in its original condition. If the product(s) is used/washed, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we won't be able to issue a refund amount in the form of store credit. Please use a reliable shipping service and also provide us with the tracking information.
- The store credit issued as a refund amount will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations will only be accepted before the order is shipped.
- Please email the order cancellation requests to houseofpallikkara@gmail.com.
- If an order is cancelled before we ship, the amount will be refunded to you and this may take 1-5 working days to reflect in your account.
