  • If you have any concerns about the size or any other aspect of the product, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at houseofpallikkara@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram - @houseofpallikkara before placing your order. We will respond as soon as we can and be happy to assist you.
  • If you receive the wrong size or a damaged product, please let us
    know immediately by providing image proof on the day of receipt
    and we will provide a replacement as soon as possible.
  • If the product does not match its description, please contact us at
    houseofpallikkara@gmail.com.
  • If the store credit has been issued in place of the refund amount, it
    will be valid for 1 year; it won’t be applicable for use if the time
    lapses.
  • It is important to note that while we have made every effort to
    accurately display the colors of the products, variations may occur
    due to monitor/phone display settings.

     ELIGIBILITY

  • All products that are on sale are eligible for return against a store credit.
  • Damaged/Used products sent without original packaging are not
    eligible for return against store credit. The items can be sent back
    to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost.
  • Items that are not informed for returns within 48 hours/not
    received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns.
  • All our products are sent after undergoing multiple levels of
    quality checks. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no
    monetary refund will be given.
